Why Veterans Supporting Veterans?
We are here to support our Veterans. Warriors who have
served and who are now serving. Men and women, who
have served us, protected us, and helped us grow.
What can we give to those who give us everything? Who
do it by giving up homes, families, careers, and even their
own bodies or lives?
Gratitude? They don't expect appreciation.
Thank them anyways.
Recognition? They never expect reward.
Honor them always.
But what they most need, what they expect and have every
right to, is:
Support
A big word that means a lot, have you ever thought about it?
encourage, cheer on, backing,
buoy up, endorse, strengthen, champion
All these words mean support. But that's just words, and our
men and women need, no expect more than that from us. From
you. So on this web site, see if there is a way you can show your
support for our Veterans.
We are accepting your poems and letters. You can leave your
thoughts in our forum. Check the links page for organizations
that will help you help veterans and soldiers. Write a note to a
deployed soldier. Take a moment to support your veterans.
It's the least they expect.
